What are some tips for someone who wants to work at Outback Steakhouse?

I'm applying and I would really like to have the job. Its right near my house and it would not inconvinece anyone. I want to be a hostess. I heard their interview process is very hard. Any tips? What are some tips for someone who wants to work at Outback Steakhouse?
As far as a hostess, what they are looking for is:

-Friendly, outgoing personality to greet customers

-Organizational skills to seat customers in correct order

-Good, neat appearance (not sloppy or unclean)

-Reliability: you will be there on time, on scheduled shifts

-Willingness to learn

Good Luck!
Can you fake an Australian accent?

(Just kidding.)What are some tips for someone who wants to work at Outback Steakhouse?
I used to work there as a server. They did have a rather intense process for the server to go through...u had to be tested on all the ingred. in a dish. It was rather fun though, because we got to taste alot of the items to make sure that we had the ingred. correct so as to be able to convey this to guests that were dining there. That was over 10 years ago for me, but I still recall the great tips and great people I met along the way. You'll be awesome!!
why most people go out to eat at restaurants is because they are lonely, the best way to gain this job is to convince costumers that they are wanted by you. ...... good luck, i really think luck has nothing to do with it . bye
