i love chicken tenders and eat then every time i go out. i just wanna know how many calories im taking in. Also how many calories would a meal with chicken tenders, fries and BBQ sauce be?How many calories are in The Original Steakhouse chicken tenders?
One of my favorite things to order at a restaurant in chicken fingers and fries, I love to dip in ranch dressing. There are about 60 calories and 40 grams of fat in a deep fried chicken tender.......The fat content is what is probably higher then you would think due to the breading and frying.
