Its round and brown. That's pretty much all I can tell you. Its sweet and soft and it's served with honey butter.Does anyone know the type of bread they serve at Saltgrass Steakhouse?

Since I don't know where you live (hopefully near Shiner, TX), I can't tell you where to buy the beer called for in the recipe. I probably wouldn't make a substitution if you really like the bread. Their actual brewery is in Shiner. Somewhere along with line, I saw someone mention that they have it at Publix. The website has a "contact us" section.
