The yellow sauce is the mustard. The brown sauce is the ginger soy sauce.
i would think it is a type of chinese yellow mustard (hot) sauce flavored with a pinch of (brown) sugar to take the heat away from it.

You can just buy the chinese yellow mustard and add sugar to taste at home or i always have a cannister of colman's hot mustard on hand (add water and stir to desired thickness) and then sweeten it up a bit with sugar. http://www.colmansmustard.com/colmans_mu…

It could be ごまだれ (sesame dipping sauce).



Recipe:



Ingredients:

?1/3 cup soysauce

?3 tbsp mirin

?2 tbsp sugar

?2 tbsp sesame oil

?1 tbsp white sesame seeds

?1 tsp grated garlic



Preparation:

Grind sesame seeds. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well
