Does anyone know how to make this meatloaf from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse?

STUFFED MEATLOAF Homemade meatloaf stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach and chopped mushrooms. Served with Rosemary gravy and garlic mashed potatoesDoes anyone know how to make this meatloaf from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse?
well that first answer was obviously wrong, thay just threw you a cut%26amp;paste meatloaf recipe that had absolutley NO connection to the Johnnys Italian Steakhouse stuffed meatloaf.

Now I can't actually give you the guarded recipe (I have it!) because I have made it at a different Johnnys location. But the secret is the way we roll it up with the filling spiraled into the middle like a big ho-ho (we roll it up just like a jelly roll type cake would be rolled-same technique ----once you figure out the ingredients(no ketchup!) we spread the meat out thin on a sheet of plastic wrap, spread out the mushroom ricotta spinach stuffing, roll it up in the plastic wrap and then roll that in aluminum foil and bake, they look like logs, then we chill, slice, and reheat to order
2 lb ground beef, 85% lean

鈥?1 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

(or stuffing mix, like Pepperidge Farm)

鈥?3/4 cup yellow onion, diced

鈥?1/2 cup celery, diced

鈥?3 large cloves garlic, crushed, minced

鈥?2 eggs, beaten

鈥?1/2 cup worcestershire sauce, original

鈥?1 tsp salt

鈥?1 tsp black pepper, fresh cracked

鈥?1/3 cup milk, whole

鈥?1 TBSP vegetable oil 3/4 cup ketchup

鈥?1/2 cup brown sugar

鈥?2 TBSP worcestershire sauce, original

鈥?1 TBSP distilled white vinegar

Directions 1. Combine all ingredients for glaze. Mix well.

2. Adjust oven rack to lower middle position. Preheat oven to 350掳 F.

3. Using 1 TBSP oil, brown the onion, garlic, and celery in a saut茅 pan on medium high heat, stirring occassionally, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat.

4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatloaf, including the browned onion-garlic-celery mix, and add 1/3 cup of the pre-mixed glaze. Mix quickly just to combine. Don't overwork the mixture or you'll get a compact loaf.

5. Loosely form the mixture into a loaf-like shape and lightly press into a 9x5 loaf pan. Spread the remaining glaze evenly on top of meatloaf. Bake at 350掳 F for 1 hour.

6. Optional: To brown the glaze, switch the oven to broil for 2 minutes. This part may get a little smoky. Make sure you have your fan turned on high. Or you may skip this step.

7. Serve meatloaf hot. Goes great with mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Enjoy!Does anyone know how to make this meatloaf from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse?
