I'm very nervous! please and thank you!I have my very first job interview at outback steakhouse tomorrow?
The interview itself is fairly easy. Some general interview questions are: Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here? Give me an example of great customer service. Where did you work before? What does customer service mean to you? How can you assist a needy customer?

When asked questions, try to give as many answers as possible, even stating things that you wouldn't think to say... i.e. "How do you make a customer feel welcome when they arrive" - Smile, greet them by name if you know it, ask how they are, offer food and beverages, etc. Try to be friendly and engaging and answer to the best of your ability, with a focus on hospitality and willingness to work with a team. You can also let them know that you are a hard worker and a quick learner.

The interview itself will be fairly brief, maybe a half hour. Do not ask about the salary or any benefits at this point. Smile and try to appear confident. You can go to glassdoor.com and search for interviews at Outback Steakhouse to read firsthand what the interview will be like. Best of luck to you.I have my very first job interview at outback steakhouse tomorrow?
Congratulations! You should wear conservative, rather than flashy clothes - you don't want the interviewer's attention to be drawn to what you're wearing. They should be neat but not necessarily overly dressy. They will probably ask you why you want to work for them, what you have to offer, your strengths, and your weaknesses. Don't BS them; they don't like that. Try not to show how nervous you are, and just be friendly and confident. Ask questions about the job or the company if you have them, but don't ask about the salary right away. That makes it look like it's all you care about. You should do just fine!
