I heard that things there are like 2,200 calories thats crazy its like a days worth am i the only one that heard this it might be old.Is outback steakhouse the most unhealthiest place ever?
For a lot of us the 2,200 calories is a day and a half worth.
It is not the restaurant but the choice made when the server takes your order. You can always make a healthy choice. The first thing I do is ask for a "to go box" and wrap half my meal that way I am not even tempted to eat it. Many times I will wrap the entire meat portion of the meal and have the salad and a dessert.
Always ask for the vegetables steamed and no butter. Ask for baked potato not fries. Baked sweet potato is even better, more fiber and vitamins. No sauce on the meat. Salad dressing on the side not on the salad. And hate to say this, but you can tell the server to remove the bread from the table.
Oh yeah there are far worse places to eat, def the other response of McD's. Look up about stories of their burgers that don't deteriate for 12 yrs. No joke. But you can make healthy choices; like I would order a yam w/butter %26amp; sugar on side, an order of steamed veg, drink water, %26amp; have some of the brown bread they give for free, and it'd cost less than $5. If u want steak which is popular, then get a smaller cut, get sour cream %26amp; butter on side for potato. U can always modify your food choices, u just gotta ask. Get the cheese, bacon, croutons, %26amp; fattening dressing off the salad! Ur body will def get used to the small changes %26amp; they'll make big diff in long run. Good luck!!Is outback steakhouse the most unhealthiest place ever?
