Whats the difference between a steakhouse and a roadhouse?

as in Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn Steakhouse what is the difference between the two?Whats the difference between a steakhouse and a roadhouse?
These are both chain restaurants that are just about exactly the same...if you can find a good locally owned restaurant...

I consider a steakhouse to be a somewhat upscale restaurant as opposed to a roadhouse being a redneck bar with entertainment.

But that's just me.
