Do waitresses at Outback Steakhouse get to keep their tips?

I'm a college student that needs to get a job. There is an Outback Steakhouse near me %26amp; I'm thinking of applying to be a waitress there.

Do you know if they will let me keep my tips? How does the pay work? Thank you :)Do waitresses at Outback Steakhouse get to keep their tips?
Uh yeah!

Waiters only make $2.13 an hour, the LIVE off tips.

Don't get me wrong its a great job and you can make really good money, I've been serving and bartending for 9 years. I actually worked for Outbacks sister restaurant, Bonefish Grill for a year.
most chain restaurants pay $2.13 an hour and pay twice a month. you wont see much of your wages, though, because they tax your tips, too, and take it out of your paycheck. you will get to keep most of your tips, but will probably have to tip out bartenders, hosts, and bussers.Do waitresses at Outback Steakhouse get to keep their tips?
Waitresses everywhere get to keep their tips.
