What's the best steakhouse in the Dallas/Ft Worth area?

I could look at the online reviews, but I want to hear from people who've been and why they liked these restaurants - I'm looking for someplace with a nice adult steakhouse atmosphere, not on the tacky side like Roadhouse or whatever, but the kind of place you'd have red wine with your steak.

There are a lot more, but I've had good meals and great wine at these.
I do wish Smith and Welinsky was still open, but it closed down. I would definitely go to Ruth Chris, though, very nice place with VERY good food.What's the best steakhouse in the Dallas/Ft Worth area?
Bob's is my favorite, it has a good atmosphere, great service, and the food is great.
