How much on average do outback steakhouse servers make a night?

I have an interview at Outback tomorrow and was wondering what the average nightly tips are? I currently work at Olive Garden and am wondering if the money at Outback is better? How much on average do outback steakhouse servers make a night?
Around $120,000 a year to start. Not to bad.
It depends. Both restaurants the patrons usually tip on average between 10% and 15% even though the current standard is 20%. Increases in menu prices is the tide that rises the boats for servers however it's still feast or famine in the service sector.

Hopefully you are a student and aren't making a career out of this job. If not take advantage of grants and loans so you can find work that pays better and get out from under the low wage boot heel.

Outback's guest checks may be a little higher than Olive Garden's but not by much, and although they may seem busier patrons are more prone to "camping out" at the tables so you won't have the turnover you want. The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

September through November is a slow period as most families are recovering from sending the kids back to school so disposable income for dining out is less. The holidays, particularly closer to Thanksgiving business picks up so hang in there. How much on average do outback steakhouse servers make a night?
Depends on Location, What your area looker like if there more then one restaurant in small area chances are you'll be slower, clientele, how well u maintain ur tables. Those are all factors on how well you'll do at an establishment.
It's all about location and business. There is no set amount for each place. Talk to the other servers at your location.
You will make roughly 120k a year.
