How do I make Japanese noodles like they do at Kobe Steakhouse?

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. I especially love the noodles they make. They're delicious But how do they give them that flavor? I always see the chefs using some sort of brown sauce, but it can't be just soy sauce. I've tried making it myself and it never tastes the same.

Does anyone know what ingredients/sauces are needed to make this dish? How do I make Japanese noodles like they do at Kobe Steakhouse?
It must be Yakisoba noodles.

The site above gives you a Yakisoba recipe.

My Yakisoba sauce adds ketcup and chicken soup powder as well.

Serves one

1.5 tbsp Worcester sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

A pinch of chicken soup stock powder

Of course, it is good to buy a bottle of Yakisoba sauce when available.

depends on the restaurant you are referring to... there are many steakhouses called Kobe, and most are different companies.

as for sauce... likely its teriyaki or oyster, or a combination.
