Does anybody have the recipe for the salmon that is sold at longhorn steakhouse?

It's some yummy salmonDoes anybody have the recipe for the salmon that is sold at longhorn steakhouse?
Paresh, I found this copy-cat recipe for you:

Longhorn Salmon Marinade Recipe

1 3/4 qts. soy sauce

2 qts. veg. oil

14 oz. Dark Brown sugar

7 oz. granulated garlic

1oz table salt

1/2 oz corse ground black pepper

1 750ml bottle of 80 proof bourbon

combine dry ingredents

mix well

add oil and soy sauce

mix until dry ingredents are dissolved

add bourbon

pour over fish for 4 hours then remove

save some for basting when cooking

makes 1 gal.

That's a BIG batch, so you'd want to cut it down, I'm sure.

Here's another one, much simpler:

LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE SALMON MARINADE

Equal parts of:

Brown sugar

Soy sauce

Bourbon

Marinate salmon overnight, turning once

Both recipes can be found here:

Here's another recipe, without the bourbon,

that one reviewer says tastes just like Longhorn

Salmon:

And, lastly, here's one based on Longhorn's recipe (loosely):

Good luck!
